Cumbria is my home and, when I'm not working, you can often find me trekking the fells, in the garden or whittling wood. It's a natural magnet for people who love the peace and tranquillity of the countryside and I feel lucky to class this as my spiritual home.

We are professional artists and designers working on high profile projects. We commissioned Dayve to take a few professional photographs of our artwork in a local exhibition at Grizedale because we could not attend site and found him online. He was very approachable, friendly and reasonable with his fee and time as we were working with public funding. He dealt with our partners professionally and managed the shoot so efficiently and quickly. We are taken aback by the high quality and imaginative compositions, it exceeded our expectations and really shows off our work so well. We wish he was based nearer to us in London.
